Welcome to Ambaso Learning (ambasolearning.com). By accessing or using our website and enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the Ambaso Learning website at ambasolearning.com and all associated services.
• “Programs” refers to all courses, training modules, and learning materials offered through the Platform, including but not limited to Exam Preparation, Business English, General English, Communication, and Corporate Training programs.
• “User,” “You,” “Your” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered student or visitor.
• “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Ambaso Learning.
• “Instructor” refers to educators and trainers who deliver program content through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and enroll in programs. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration

• To enroll in programs, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and other required information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@ambasolearning.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ambaso Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Programs and Enrollment

• Program descriptions, syllabi, schedules, and instructor assignments are provided on each program page and are subject to change.
• Enrollment in a program is confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable payment process.
• Ambaso Learning reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified and offered alternatives or a refund where applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All program prices are displayed in Euros (€) on the respective program pages.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid for.
• Payment must be completed at the time of enrollment through the payment methods available on the Platform.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

• If you wish to withdraw from a program, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or completed more than 20% of the program content.
• Refund requests must be sent to support@ambasolearning.com with your full name, registered email, and program name.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Programs that have been substantially accessed (more than 20% of content completed) are not eligible for a refund.

7. Program Access

• Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the program materials through your account on the Platform.
• Access duration and terms are specified on each program page. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted for the duration of the program.
• Ambaso Learning reserves the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any program content, materials, recordings, or resources provided through the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users’ experience.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or enrollment.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform — including program materials, syllabi, lesson plans, videos, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Ambaso Learning or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access program content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Instructor Content

• Programs are delivered by qualified instructors listed on the Platform. Instructor bios and qualifications are provided for informational purposes.
• Ambaso Learning is responsible for the quality and delivery of all programs offered on the Platform.

11. Certificates

• Where stated on a program page, a certificate of completion may be issued upon successfully finishing the program requirements.
• Certificates are issued by Ambaso Learning and represent completion of the specific program. They do not constitute accredited academic qualifications unless explicitly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform and all programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Ambaso Learning does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, career advancement, or any other particular result from using our programs.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ambaso Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or enrollment in any program.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Ambaso Learning is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

14. Modifications to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
